WHAT IS EMR?
An EMR or Experience Modification Rating
(also called a MOD rating or factor) is used to evaluate the risk and safety of an organization/employer.
The higher the rating = the more likely the employer has multiple accidents/incidents occurring in a fiscal year.
The current national standard in the industry is an EMR rating of 1.5. Walters & Wolf has a rating of 50% less than the national average for the past five years.
